Department announced the registration of companies in the Ministry of Commerce, Sunday, on the completion of the establishment of 172 national companies and offices of a foreign company during the month of September transactions.
The Director General of the Department Ferial Akram Abdullah, in a statement received by the agency / information /, a copy of it, that her constituency "has issued several resolutions concerning the amendment of contracts for companies distributed between the capital increase and the integration of the accounts of the company and liquidation of the company accounts."
She added that "it was also recording 2 representative office of a foreign company and register one foreign company branches and documenting the 182 companies registered and pointing lecturer and forwarding (207) company to Investigating Judge for violating the guidelines and instructions."
Abdullah pointed out that "the department examined the final accounts of the number of national companies (1606) and the national company as well as the integration of 16 companies accounts and settling of accounts (9) and increase capital firm (17) company and the study of the accounts of the offices and branches of foreign companies for (122) Company ".
She drew a circle to "ratify the minutes of the constituent meetings of companies, Ltd. of (86) Minutes in addition to the ratification (47) special Minutes meetings of the General Authority for joint stock companies as well as the ratification of the General Authority for corporate people Limited decisions of (876) decision."
