# Algmehorah_uz Iran on Sunday opened three new oil fields a total production of more than 220 thousand barrels per day of crude as it seeks to increase its production after the lifting of sanctions. The news website of the Ministry of Iranian oil that President Hassan Rowhani officially opened the first phase in the fields of the North Azadegan Aadaoran and in addition to the northern Iaran field, which is shared by Iran with Iraq. He added that Aadaoran will produce up to 115 thousand barrels per day in the first phase, while the North Azadegan will produce 75 thousand barrels per day. The Iranian Oil Ministry announced last week that the North Iaran field initially will produce 30 thousand barrels per day.
