    [rtl]He revealed the parliamentary finance committee member Haitham al-Jubouri, the existence of a major corruption deals of the Diyala provincial council carried out during the past few months.[/rtl]
    [rtl]Jubouri said in an interview for "direction," said the local government of the province of Diyala, the General Administration of Customs addressed an official letter to exempt the Council of customs duties and the fact that the material to be imported is for private use, noting that the tax law exempts state departments if imported for its own account or exclusive of payment of fees.[/rtl]
    [rtl]He added that the material which the Council demanded an exemption from the excise tax is 30 000 tons of chicken and 30,000 carton of eggs and 5000 tons of chicken artifacts, indicating that the number of members of the Diyala provincial council of 30 people.[/rtl]
    [rtl]He said that after conducting a simple calculation shows that each member's share of this article is about 3000 kilometers chicken[/rtl]
