Hamadoun for "Light": The government withdrew the amendment pension law to cover private sector employeesNur News / Baghdad
confirmed member of the Finance Committee MP pros Hamadoun, said on Sunday that the government withdrew the first amendment to the Uniform Code of retirement to add other amendments pertaining to the Social Security Act to include private Unified Retirement Law sector employees.
The MP told the "Nur News" that "the government is seeking to unify the legal retirement, social security and unified law includes retired private and public sector employees."
She said the MP that "there are several claims by private-sector companies belonging to the inclusion of corporate employees pension law, similar to the staff of the state institutions which made the government is seriously thinking to enact a new amendment to the Unified Retirement Law."
