Econometrics is one of the important science , which combines economics and statistics and mathematics across the quantization economic theories in the framework of the search for causal relationships between variables and see the trend of economic phenomena and predict
them.
Its importance has increased greatly in recent years and has started to take space in the larger economic studies, but the results provided by the adoption of which remain strictly conditioned data is
president.
Hence, the construction of a statistical database is correct is one of the important bases that should be on every organization intending to success that works to build, and in the context of achieving this step has adopted the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers recommendations of the ten atheist Statistical Conference held by the Ministry of Planning and circulated to the ministries and institutions , all with the aim of take advantage of the statistical applications to improve functionality for government departments.
