Nassif Government claims the liquidation of Kuwait shares in Zain Telecom and make it fully Iraqi

The
Deputy Minister called on Iraq free high Nassif, the Iraqi Government,
the liquidation of all shares of Zain of Kuwait, and Iraqi, to ensure
that interception in Iraq by this company.
Nasif said in a
statement, Iraq received every [where] a copy Friday, that "Kuwait
dominated the largest telecommunications company in Iraq for several
years, and the only other State to contacts in Iraq, involving
significant risk to national security, how will be the case when the
State owns the company is secretly and openly hostile to Iraq in all
fields."
"Zain can eavesdrop on all phone calls to Iraqi
Government officials and with ease, as well as the ability to monitor
all communication security services and Government institutions, and
this means that the Iraqi Interior and foreign policy, national security
and intelligence are all exposed to Kuwait".
Nassif, stressed the need to "liquidate shares in this company, the Kuwait and end all her belongings as soon as possible.".
