    Al-Rafidain operations announced yesterday the establishment of a joint security plan called "precautionary" to protect Nasiriyah Central Prison, known as the "Whale Whale," which includes Saddam Hussein regime convicts, as well as Arab and Iraqi leaders from Daqash and al-Qaeda.
    This came during a meeting between the commander of Rafidain operations and senior security leaders in Dhi Qar, the security force charged with protecting the prisons of Nasiriyah, and the federal police forces deployed around the perimeter of Nasiriyah central prison. 
    The opening of Nasiriyah Central Prison dates back to 2007, with the date of opening the execution platform in the prison in question until April 27, 2014. 
    The Iraqi government decided after the fall of a number of Iraqi cities by the organization calling in 2014 the transfer of officials of the former regime detained and sentenced to them from the (Fifth Division) in the Kadhimiya to the prison of Nasiriyah for security reasons. 
    The most prominent of those who died in this prison, Deputy Prime Minister in the former regime Tariq Aziz, and a number of other leaders of the former regime as well as prisoners of Saudis and Iraqis convicted of terrorist crimes or belonging to the Al Qaeda and Hadash.
    "The security leaders inspected the security fortifications in the vicinity of the prisons and the deployment of the force in charge of protection and met the security leaders charged with protecting the prison of the whale to secure its surroundings and inside," the commander of Dhi Qar police, Major General Hassan al-Zaidi, said in a statement. The Federation charged with protecting the prison perimeter and the mechanism of coordination of work among all parties to promote this task and the security measures taken to secure it. " 
    The commander of the police in Dhi Qar that "the fortifications and security protection in the prisons of central Nasiriyah and reform is conducted in a reassuring," calling for "not to be complacent and take caution, and to emphasize the security readiness and take precautionary measures to thwart the schemes of the forces of terrorism after the Iraqi reform department strengthened its procedures Precautionary cooperation with the security services. "
    Major General Hassan al-Zaidi stressed that "security measures aim to miss the opportunity of the enemies of the homeland and others who are fishing in turbid water or waiting for opportunities to disturb the stable security environment and influence the morale of the security services in the fighting fronts in the hot provinces." 
    The Ministry of Justice has announced in September the implementation of the death sentences against 42 convicted of terrorist crimes in the prison of Nasiriyah Central (Pisces), and confirmed that those sentences were carried out after the ratification by the Presidency of the Republic 
    to this, the police command Dhi Qar that " A security meeting headed by Major General Ali Ibrahim Daboun al-Maksousi, in which the police chief of Dhi Qar and a number of executive security and intelligence leaders to take strict precautionary measures around the prison in central Nasiriyah in anticipation of the occurrence of security breaches.
    The police said that "the meeting discussed the mechanisms of implementation of a joint security plan, especially with emphasis on the readiness of the force to respond to emergencies," indicating that "the security measures adopted by the plan will be different from the previous actions and by updating plans by security leaders in maintaining the highest Levels ".
