Integrity declares the revocation of the decision to include the former Secretary of Baghdad Naim Abuboub by amnesty law
    Baghdad - Journal News
The Integrity Commission on Friday issued a judicial decision to overturn the decision to include the former Secretary of Baghdad Naim 'Abuboub with the amnesty law.
Al-Hayat said in a statement received by the Journal News that "based on the appeals filed by the Integrity Commission, the Court decided to appeal to the federal Rusafa as a discriminatory decision to overturn the decision to include convicted Naim Abuboub with the amnesty law, while also decided to overturn the decision of the judge sentenced him to one year imprisonment With a view to strengthening it ".
The Integrity Commission announced earlier this November that the Integrity Misdemeanor Court issued a sentence of one year in prison for Na'im 'Abuboub for committing a series of irregularities and exceeding powers in the matter of renting and rehabilitating a role belonging to the Baghdad Municipality. Who was convicted of the amnesty law, filed two motions in order to increase the sentence of imprisonment and not to include the convict in general.
