    MP on the coalition of the rule of law, high Nassif, on Friday, the direction of the government to grant projects in strategic locations within the capital at low prices to match the importance of these projects. 

    Nassif said in a statement received by "Baghdad Post" a copy of it, "It is regrettable that the state to refer projects in strategic positions within the capital to investment companies at normal or low prices to match the importance of these projects," noting that "there are negotiations to hand over central markets To DAMAC UAE at the request of the Ministry of Commerce without the presence of other competing companies. " 

    "The transfer of investment project land of Rashid camp in Baghdad also needs to be reviewed," she said. 

    Naseef stressed the importance of studying projects that are important before they are submitted, and the need for competitive companies to ensure the best price with the quality of project implementation and to maximize the benefit for the country.

    He added that "there are negotiations to hand over the central markets to DAMAC UAE at the request of the Ministry of Commerce without the presence of other competing companies, which are large and ready buildings, which does not include the construction of commercial units of the land and was not in a competitive advertising according to the investment law to get the best offers "He said.
