Baghdad Investment Completes Residential Complex for Oil Profits

Baghdad Investment Authority announced on Tuesday the start of the implementation of the residential complex for the Ministry of Oil employees, which will include 453 housing units. The chairman of the board, Shaker Zamili said in a statement published by the newspaper "Sabah" official and briefed by "Economy News", "The company had been granted during the last year, an investment license to a contracting company for the establishment of a complex housing integrated services of members of the oil marketing company (Sumo) ) In Palestine Street in Baghdad in order to provide adequate housing for employees of the oil sector. Al Zamili added that "the company started the preparations for the project, which includes cleaning the site and completing the procedures of soil examination and the work of hammering the experimental pillars." The project consists of 31 buildings with four types (A, B, C and D). Each building has 4 to 5 floors. 453 housing units in areas (125, 150, 175 and 200) square meters. "The 32-dunam project, with a completion period of 36 months, will allow employees to choose what suits their physical potential," he said.
