Zamili said that the second phase includes the construction of 6 buildings containing 238 housing units, noting that work is continuing to end the work of building the pillars of a number of buildings mentioned. At the same time, the company started special works to build a restaurant 250 square meters within the entertainment area of the project site, Along with the establishment of a commercial mall. "The capital needs to build huge hotels along the Tigris River instead of directing 90 percent of the investment to build modern malls," said Jassem Mohan Bakhati, the Baghdad province's technical deputy.
