The deputy of the coalition building Fadel Jaber, Monday, that the parliament session during which will collect signatures to authorize the government to respond to the violation of the Turkish sovereignty of Iraq, indicating that Iraq will not allow any foreign country to bypass its territory and the implementation of military operations within its borders.
