    Al-Shammari said in an interview with Alsumaria News that "the positive reasons that led to the legislation of the House of Representatives to the law of the General Authority to monitor the allocation of federal imports by the law is the fair distribution of imports and grants between the provinces of Iraq fairly," noting that "Article III of the law of the formation of the Commission indicated that "
