BAGHDAD - The Cabinet approved on Tuesday the granting of allowances to the General Authority for Taxation in the Ministry of Finance at a rate not exceeding (50%) of the nominal salary, in accordance with the regulations prepared by the said authority.

He pointed out that "the decision comes on the basis of the provisions of Article (15) of the law of salaries of state employees and the public sector No. (22) for the year 2008," noting that "the approval provided that the allocation of the additional revenue realized by the estimator in the bill Federal Budget for the fiscal year 2018
