[rtl]The deputy of the National Axis bloc Abdullah al-Kharbit said on Tuesday that a "ticking bomb" will explode in July next, indicating that the demonstrations will start in Basra and move to Baghdad because of the deterioration of services and the lack of functional grades within the financial budget for 2019.[/rtl]
