Oqaili: It is difficult to grant oil producing provinces full dues of petrodollars

A member of the Finance Committee parliamentary Siham al-Aqili, said the government has launched part of the petrodollar receivables to the oil-producing provinces, where the suspension of the grant of these receivables since 2014, and by the end of 2018 was disbursed part of those amounts, especially to the provinces of Maysan and Basra.
"Basra is demanding 17 trillion dinars, while Missan has government dues up to 2.5 trillion dinars, and the province has earned 19 billion dinars in 2018, and allocated 80 billion Lamisan hoped to receive this year."
She explained that "the budget does not bear the disbursement of the amounts mentioned in the total petro-dollar receivables, which makes the government recognizes the provinces part of the amounts and receivables for oil-producing provinces," asserting that "the oil provinces may not receive full dues, especially as dues increase day after day, Makes it difficult to give them full by the government. "
