Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi resorted to the language of figures to confirm the trend to combat corruption in Iraq in the coming period, as well as some political powers to avoid accountability.
On Wednesday, March 27, 2019, the Supreme Council for Combating Corruption (CAAC) stated that the Anti-Corruption Council had drawn up a "34 plan" plan to fight corruption, because corruption was not only through personalities, but also through institutions.
At the same time, the Prime Minister pointed out that there are 900 projects in the Investment Authority, because of what he called the legal and legislative intersection, stressing that the banking life must be revitalized, especially without supervision and full of corruption.
It is noteworthy that at a time when Abdul Mahdi praised the alliance of reform and how it is the most prominent role in forming the current government, the coalition led by the leader of the Moqtada al-Sadr, the prime minister responsible for disrupting the completion of his ministerial cabinet so far.
According to the MP for the coalition Salam al-Shammari, Abdul Mahdi did not submit to the moment of writing these lines the names of candidates for vacant ministries, stressing that his meeting with the Alliance of Reform, came to discuss the performance of the government; because he did not provide anything during the last period.
