Al-Bayati: the launch of advances and loans to employees is related to the general budget

A member of the parliamentary Finance Committee Hassan al-Bayati, the granting of loans and advances is related to the general budget, pointing out that some government institutions reluctant to re-loan amount to the bank despite deducted from the employee's salary.
Bayati said on Saturday: "The launch of advances and loans to employees is related to the general budget, if liquidity is formed and began to pay the installments of the loan borrowers will happen there is an accumulation which leads to start granting new loans."He pointed out that "there is a reluctance to re-loans, some government institutions raise funds and deduct the salaries of borrowers, and linger returned to the Rasheed Bank, or Mesopotamia, and used the funds for other purposes."The Rasheed Bank had announced in the month of December last of 2013, its intention to resume launches amounts of personal advances to employees in government departments and ministries that have transformed him by five million dinars, with the release of loan per cent salary for employees onset of the year 2014, noting that he Simay to organize meals for staff who have submitted their applications and those covered by loans and advances.The Ministry of Finance has announced a time earlier for new regulations granting employees advance of the (100) salary, which include raising the maximum advance of 50 million to 75 million dinars, while made the payment on the 15-year-old instead of (10 years).The interest rate has been reduced from 8% to 7%, in addition to the requirement to provide support before the drug received after the advance was required to be submitted six months after the date of receipt of the advance.
