[rtl]The Parliamentary Integrity Committee confirmed that a fee can not be imposed by the state departments unless enacted by law.[/rtl]
[rtl]A member of the committee, Yousef Al-Kalabi, said in a press statement, followed by the "Covenant News" on Sunday, that "the House of Representatives has a consistent position and frank about the imposition of fees and taxes on citizens by some ministries and government departments."[/rtl]
