The provincial council of Baghdad, on Friday, the mechanism of spending the budget of the capital and the most important projects that will be spent on those amounts, pointing to the direction of the province to complete the stalled projects for schools and the construction of new schools and hospitals, and roads.
A member of the provincial council Hassoun al-Rubaie in a press statement seen by "Al-Ahd News", that "the province of Baghdad should receive the amount of 559 billion dinars within the budget of 2019, where deducted the amount of 78.5 billion dinars to the Baghdad secretariat, especially as the House of Representatives voted to get the Secretariat 20% of these amounts. ”
He added, "The government added an amount of 218 billion dinars for the purpose of building schools only, where the province opened the door for tenders in order to choose the appropriate companies to build those schools, although the amounts have not yet been handed over to the province."
He pointed out that "the amount of 559 billion allocated 350 billion of ongoing projects after the cessation in previous years, including 27 schools ranging ratios between (10-80), where allocated to about 90 billion dinars."
He explained, "The amounts of the province allocated 70 billion dinars to build four hospitals, in different areas of Baghdad, where some of them reached the completion rates of nearly 40 percent." Finished 2
