    The Parliamentary Economy Committee confirmed on Thursday that the 2020 budget will witness a difficult birth due to differences and lack of transparency in the oil exports file between the center and the region, noting that the deputies of oil-producing provinces will have a say in the next budget towards the duplication of the central government deal with the region and oil-producing provinces.
