The Presidency of Parliament announced, on Monday, that a clause in the budget law to allocate a percentage of job grades to holders of higher degrees.
The media office of the Presidency Council member, Hassan Al-Kaabi, said in a statement that Mawazine News received a copy of it, that the latter "met in his office a number of representatives of higher diplomas, in the presence of the head of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, Vian Sabri, and the deputies Jawad al-Musawi and Alaa al-Rubaie, where Discussing the activation of the issue of accommodating graduates with higher degrees in ministries and setting an integrated program in this regard, as well as activating all official communications adopted by the first deputy earlier in the matter.
