Political analyst Abbas Al-Jubouri confirmed, on Wednesday, that the jurisprudence and consensus between the parties and blocs overcame the constitution and brought the political process to the stage of chaos, while holding the political blocs responsible for the continuation of Al-Kazemi's government.
Al-Jubouri said in an interview with the Information Agency, that "all the practices that take place within the political process are a transgression of the concepts of the Iraqi constitution, indicating that "some political figures have changed the constitution and are dealing with personal interpretations."
He explained that "despite the end of the period of time for Mustafa Al-Kazemi's government, but the political blocs have not agreed on choosing the prime minister until now," stressing that "the jurisprudence and consensus have prevailed over the constitution, there are no longer any constitutional terms, and the lack of commitment to the constitution, and thus the emergence of the so-called political chaos." .
Al-Jubouri held the political blocs "responsible for the caretaker government to continue its activities, and to pass many unconstitutional decisions and laws, and it is not within its powers because of the political blockage and the lack of conviction in completing the constitutional process."
And political analyst Saad Muhammad Al-Kaabi had confirmed, earlier, that some parties in the political process benefited from the continued presence of the Al-Kazemi government in power.
