    [rtl]Baghdad - Iraq today:[/rtl]
[rtl]The head of the National State Forces Alliance, Ammar al-Hakim, warned against calls to boycott the elections and prevent the masses from exercising their electoral right.[/rtl]
[rtl]Al-Hakim said at an electoral conference for the Al-Hikma Movement, “The challenges that Iraq has overcome are security, political and social challenges, which made the most important challenge today the economic and service challenge, diversifying sources of income and leaving the rentier state. We stressed the necessity of mobilizing the sectors of industry, agriculture, investment, tourism and technology, and the country’s need for vision.” The strategy, clear policies, effective plans, scientific projects, efficient work teams, and all of these elements constitute the integrated vision necessary for economic and service advancement.”[/rtl]
[rtl]Al-Hakim stressed, “On combating corruption according to clear visions and plans, and we emphasized that transparency, adopting modern technology, and reducing bureaucracy are an important approach to combating corruption.”[/rtl]
[rtl]He called for “broad, active and informed participation in the elections,” indicating that participation is the right of every individual and non-participation is the right of every voter. He warned us against calls for non-participation and preventing people from participating because they will create unbalanced results in the representation of social components, especially in governorates with diverse constituent representation, and held “advocates of preventing people from participating responsible for the imbalance of constituents.” and the state of instability that will result from it.”[/rtl]
