The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers announced the formation of a government committee to count the number of lecturers and readers of standards, procedures and contracts in state institutions, while noting that the project to build Chinese schools has reached advanced stages.
The spokesman for the General Secretariat, Haider Majid, told the "Duty of Frankness" program, which is broadcast on state television, that "there is an integrated database of free lecturers," noting that "there is a government committee that will count the numbers of lecturers and readers of standards, procedures and contracts in state institutions based on the decision of the Council of Ministers and will raise its recommendations to the Prime Minister.
And he indicated, "Appointment is the right of the citizen over the state, and the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers is not concerned with appointments," noting that "the Service Council is concerned with appointments."
Regarding the schools of the Iraqi-Chinese agreement, Majid pointed out that "the workers in the Chinese companies have mastered the Arabic language and the Iraqi dialect," noting that "the Chinese schools project will end the double shift."
He continued, "The second phase of the Chinese schools project includes 3,000 schools," noting that "the project to build Chinese schools has reached advanced stages in some provinces."
Majeed pointed out that "the Chinese schools project includes building 8,000 schools."
