This scenario occurred during the past years, as last July witnessed a similar collapse of the electricity system, and as a consequence Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi directed the dismissal of the Director General of the General Company for Electricity Transmission / Middle Euphrates as an agency, and the punishment of reprimanding him for neglecting to perform his duties and duties. On Wednesday, five southern governorates, Basra, Maysan, Dhi Qar, Wasit and Muthanna, witnessed a complete shutdown of the electric current.[/size]
