The writer and political thinker Ghaleb al-Shabandar considered, on Wednesday, that the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, put the points on the letters, while stressing that the Iraqi consensus rejects the parliament.

Shabandar said during his speech to the program "Bil-Makhtaz" broadcast by Alsumaria satellite channel, "Mr. Al-Sadr put points on the letters, which is an advanced step to reveal what he wants."

He added that "the Iraqi consensus rejects the parliament in its current form," noting that "the coordinating framework wants Al-Kazemi to stay."

Shabandar pointed out that "the Iraqi army stood at the same distance from everyone," stressing that "there must be a previous dialogue, even reluctantly."

Today, Wednesday, the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, called for early parliamentary elections after the parliament was dissolved. He also called for the sit-in to continue until the demands are met.

On Saturday (July 30, 2022), demonstrators stormed the Green Zone and then the House of Representatives for the second time within days, after which Ibrahim al-Jabri, the director of the office of Martyr al-Sadr in [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.], announced an open sit-in inside Parliament; Rejecting the nomination of Muhammad Shia Al-Sudani for the position of prime minister.
