    Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Nasser Kanaani revealed today, Monday, details of the agreement reached with Saudi Arabia through Chinese mediation, noting that it came as a result of a year and a half of diplomatic efforts.


    Kanaani said in his weekly press conference: "We witnessed a positive agreement with a Chinese innovation to restore diplomatic relations between the two countries, and we are in the stage of returning to political relations between Iran and Saudi Arabia," noting that "the agreement is the result of a year and a half of diplomatic efforts."
