Representative Faten Mohi Mohsen confirmed that the new salary scale law is still under discussion in the corridors of the government, calling on the government to quickly complete it and send it to the House of Representatives for the purpose of voting on it.
Mohsen said in a press statement that the employee salary scale law is currently subject to deliberations within the corridors of the House of Representatives, pointing out that the law would achieve social justice and eliminate class.
She added that there are parliamentary demands that the salary scale should be included in the agenda of the Council of Ministers, complete the procedures for its ratification, and send it to the House of Representatives for the purpose of voting on it.
Mohsen indicated that the law will do justice to those with lower grades, and achieve justice among all without exception, stressing that the majority of Iraqi society is waiting for the law to be enacted.
