    "Baghdad Today" publishes the details of the list of exemptions and rotations that the Council of Ministers voted on yesterday, Tuesday.
    Today, Wednesday (August 16, 2023), an informed government source revealed the details of the exemption and recycling list that the Council of Ministers voted on. 
    New details
    The source told "Baghdad Today" that "the list of exemptions and rotations approved by the Council of Ministers included: -
    1- The Ministry of Education, which included 9 directors with exemption, as follows: (5 original directors, and 4 agency directors).
    2- The Ministry of Health, including 7 general directors with exemption, as follows: (two original directors, and 5 acting general directors).
    3- The Ministry of Electricity, including 3 general managers with exemption (Asala).
    4- The Ministry of Environment has two directors with exemption, as follows: (1 originality, and 1 agency).
    5- The Ministry of Water Resources, including 3 general managers by exemption (agency).
    6- The Ministry of Communications, including 3 general managers by exemption and rotation, as follows: (exemption of an agency director, and rotation of two principals, Asala).
    7- The Ministry of Agriculture, including two directors with the exemption, as follows: (1 authenticity, and 1 agency).
    8- The Ministry of Labor, in which 3 managers were dismissed and rotated, as follows: (exempting two managers, Asala, and rotating the manager, Asala).
    9- The Ministry of Immigration, in which two directors were exempted, as follows: (1 original, and 1 agency).
    10- The Ministry of Finance, including one director general by exemption (agency).
    11- The Ministry of Industry, including 4 general directors with exemption, as follows: (3 original directors, and 1 agency director).
    12- The Municipality of Baghdad, which included 18 general directors by exemption and rotation, as follows: (exemption of two general managers originality, exemption of 8 general directors of agency, and rotation of one director originality and 7 directors of agency). 
    The fate of the articles
    Earlier, the government spokesman, on behalf of Al-Awadi, revealed the procedures applied against 76 director generals. The Council of Ministers voted on the results of their evaluation within the second round of the work of the Evaluation Committee for General Managers, while he indicated that 57 directors within this round were given another opportunity for 6. extra months.
    Al-Awadi said in televised statements followed by "Baghdad Today" that "the cabinet session lasted 4 hours and dealt with the basic and additional agenda, which included voting on the results of the evaluation of the second round of general managers, which included 76 general managers, between authenticity and agency." 
    And he added, "3 of the general managers (Asala) were transferred to a lower level or referred to retirement, and 12 of the acting general managers are running a business whose assignment was issued to be terminated, 3 general managers (Asala) were issued a rotation order, and a general manager was transferred to another ministry and 57 other directors." (Asala and Wakala) They were ordered to be re-evaluated after 6 months due to their mediocre performance according to the current evaluation, and they were given another opportunity to improve their performance.
    The Council of Ministers voted, during its session held yesterday, Tuesday (August 15, 2023), on the results of the evaluation of the second batch of general managers, as the vote included 76 general managers between Asala and Agency.
