    Today, Tuesday, the State of Law Coalition considered the Federal Supreme Court's decision on the Khor Abdullah agreement "binding" for all, and while indicating that Kuwait has two options, it stressed that whoever tries to impose a certain matter on Iraq will "regret."

    The leader of the coalition, Haider al-Lami, said in an interview with Al-Maloma agency, that "the Federal Court plays a patriarchal role for Iraq in various fields, especially in the political process, such as the issue of oil export, parliament and other important decisions," pointing out that "it was the one with the upper hand through its courageous practices." its important location.
    He added, "The Federal Supreme Court in Iraq, and when it issues a state order, everyone must abide by it, whether it is Kuwait or any other country," noting that "Kuwait, if it has a different opinion, it must go to international courts."

    Earlier, a member of the House of Representatives, Saud Al-Saadi, confirmed that "the Iraqi government is required to implement the Federal Court's decision to invalidate Law 42 of 2013, which pertains to the ratification of the agreement regulating maritime navigation between Iraq and Kuwait in Khor Abdullah."
