    The Labor Committee and parliamentary civil society institutions agreed, with the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, to file lawsuits against anyone who exploits citizens through the issue of social care, by recording many cases of exploitation.

    The Media Department of the House of Representatives stated in a statement received by Al-Sumaria News, “The Parliamentary Labor and Civil Society Institutions Committee, headed by Representative [url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/Entity/1773943474/%D9%86%D8%A7%D9%87%D8%AF%D8%A9 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AF%D8%A7%D9%8A%D9%86%D9%8A/ar/]Nahida Al-Daini[/url], Chair of the Committee, and a number of its members, visited the [url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/Entity/3109220332/%D9%88%D8%B2%D8%A7%D8%B1%D8%A9 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B9%D9%85%D9%84/ar/]Ministry of Labor[/url] and Social Affairs, and met with the Minister of Labor, Ahmed Al-Assadi, to discuss the social care file, noting that” During the meeting, the issue of inclusion in the social welfare grant was discussed, and work was done to limit its electoral exploitation.”



    The meeting agreed to stop inclusion and social research procedures until the end of the elections, stressing that this measure comes to prevent the citizen’s need from being exploited electorally, and not to influence his will in exchange for obtaining electoral gains, according to the statement.

    According to the statement, it was agreed to file lawsuits against anyone who exploits citizens through the issue of social care, especially after many cases of exploitation of this kind were recorded.

    The file of exploitation of social welfare was included in the provincial council elections, as a blackmail card in exchange for voting for specific candidates, and it may be one of the most prominent files that have been raised in recent days, in addition to the files of land plots and appointments.

    Some social media sites reported that some election candidates were exploiting the social protection file, for the purpose of achieving electoral gains by tricking the beneficiaries into showing their names in the sixth meal, which was launched by the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, Ahmed Al-Assadi.
