A huge waste of public money was witnessed in the projects to rehabilitate the five entrances to Baghdad. The waste is led by a Lebanese company known as “Straco”, supported by influential parties and parties that control road projects within the Ministry of Construction and Housing, which paved the way for it and awarded all of these contracts according to leaks.
