Diplomatic sources: 15 meetings between Al-Sudani and senior journalists in Switzerland.. America’s withdrawal before the elections is difficult

An Iraqi diplomat confirmed that Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani is preparing to travel to Switzerland, to participate in the “Davos” World Economic Forum, as one of the main speakers in the events that will begin on January 15.
This year’s edition of Davos carries the slogan “Restoring Confidence,” and will focus on the conflict in the Gaza Strip, along with issues of global concern, such as climate and artificial intelligence. The forum is supposed to witness the participation of heads of 100 governments and representatives of 1,000 international organizations.
The Iraqi diplomat told the 964 Network that Al-Sudani will focus during the forum on “the dangers of expanding the conflict in Gaza,” in addition to “the controversy that accompanied the government’s position on the international coalition forces.”
The diplomat pointed out that the Sudanese “is very interested in confirming the position that Iraq does not want to turn into an enemy state for any party, and is keen to develop relations with everyone, but within the framework of respect for the national sovereignty of this country.”
The 964 Network asked a group of Western journalists in the British capital, London, before they traveled to Switzerland, where the forum is being held, about expectations of “extraordinary” interest in the Sudanese session.
Western journalists before leaving London for Davos, to the 964 network:
We know that heads of state and government from Middle Eastern countries will focus on the war in the Gaza Strip and its potential expansion, especially in the Red Sea.
We contacted the Iraqi government regarding the participation of Prime Minister Muhammad Shia al-Sudani, who we know has a clear position on Gaza, but the biggest question will be about the fate of the international coalition in Iraq.
It seems that the press schedule will be crowded with the Iraqi government staff this time. There are more than 15 sessions for Al-Sudani with senior Western correspondents, and everyone is eager to know about the withdrawal issue.
We hear from Western diplomats here in London that an American withdrawal is difficult to happen during the war in Gaza, and before the American presidential elections. Everyone is motivated in Yemen, and does not want another front in Iraq.
