[size=45]The President of the Federal Supreme Court, Judge Jassim Muhammad Abboud, the Italian Ambassador to Baghdad, Maurizio Cricante, and the Romanian Ambassador, Radu Octavian Dubri, discussed the decisions issued by the Federal Supreme Court regarding the salaries of employees, retirees, and all employees of state agencies in the region.[/size]

[size=45]On Monday, 4/8/2024, Mr. President of the Federal Supreme Court, Judge Jassim Muhammad Abboud, received the Italian Ambassador to Baghdad, Mr. Maurizio Cricante, and his accompanying delegation at the headquarters of the Federal Supreme Court in Baghdad.[/size]
[size=45]The President of the Federal Supreme Court welcomed the Italian ambassador in Baghdad, and during the meeting they discussed developing relations between the two friendly countries and enhancing joint cooperation in all fields and the necessity of continuous communication and meetings to exchange legal expertise in the field of constitutional judiciary because of its importance in supporting the democratic process to achieve the sovereignty of the law and the constitution. The Federal Supreme Court in Baghdad opened the horizons of communication with its counterparts in the Arab and international world and learned about the experiences of countries in this field to support the political and democratic process in Iraq.[/size]
