The Ministry of Construction and Housing confirmed, on Wednesday, the continuation of work on the Zurbatiyah residential complex project in Wasit Governorate at an increasing pace, while revealing the completion rates achieved in the residential city so far.
The Ministry stated in a statement, seen by Al-Iqtisad News, that “advanced completion rates of (82)% have been achieved in the Zurbatiyah residential complex project in Wasit Governorate,” indicating that “work on the project is being carried out under the supervision of its Housing Department.”
The Ministry explained, "The area of the project is (128) dunums, and it includes (544) residential homes with two different models of construction."
She explained that "the project also includes ancillary buildings, including kindergartens, a university, and educational, commercial, and health centers, in addition to heavy water and rain networks, street works, sidewalks, and green spaces."
