    [rtl] Rafidain Bank denied on Monday reports that indicated deliberately military retirees pay the salaries under false pretenses delay, blaming the delay retirement Authority to provide financial cover to the Rasheed Bank.[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]The general director of the bank on behalf Kamal al-Hassani said in a statement received by "Sky Press", "The main reason for non-payment of military pensions is delayed retirement Authority to provide financial cover to the Rasheed Bank and the failure of the Rasheed Bank converts the amount up to this day, to the Rafidain Bank."[/rtl]
