{Baghdad: Euphrates News} directed the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Municipalities and Public Works, to prepare a study on the economic feasibility of a loan Islamic bank, which will be set up in which a number of laboratories for pouring the ready in five provinces.
According to a ministry statement, the agency {Euphrates News} received a copy ofit, "Undersecretary Dara Hassan Rashid held a meeting of the Commission to Study the IDB loan requirements for the establishment of six plants for pouring a ready and for the construction of schools and health centers."
Instructed the agent Rasheed, during the meeting , according to the statement, to "prepare a feasibility study for the project," directed the National Center for Engineering Consultancy firms Mansour and Rasheed and FAO to "cooperate with the Iraqi universities in this aspect."
He called for " the study of financial, economic, technical and environmental matters and geographical location include as well as the proportion of expected profits obtained after the market study local. "
