Search and Interior Minister Mohammad Al-Ghabban with the French ambassador to Iraq, Marc Baretti train and equip the police to break up the riot.
According to a ministry statement said Ghaban and Baretti "discussed the overall security issues and victories achieved by our security forces in its war against terror Daash gangs."
The two sides also discussed "the subject of equipping and training police forces, especially in the field of resolution of the riot, considering that France has a special expertise and large units."
The Interior Ministry confirmed that "the need for joint cooperation in the fight against extremism and terrorism in advance thanks and appreciation to the French Government for its support for the Iraqi police forces."
For his part, the French ambassador expressed "his country's readiness to support Iraq and to provide all kinds of support for the Iraqi police in order to maintain security and re-edit its territory."
It is said that Iraq is witnessing demonstrations and sit-ins popular on the political situation and poor services and rampant corruption and declining economic conditions, but a few are witnessing clashes with police forces.
While witnessing the Iraqi stadiums in the past months, several cases of rioting caused the occurrence of injuries among the masses amid apparent inability of the FA or the security services Disable it or reduce them in.
