Hassan Alawi: Iraq will remain shackled by himself not by Chapter Vll

BAGHDAD / NINA / Independent MP, Hassan al-Alawi said Iraq remain shackled by himself and not by Chapter Vll for the lack of a program for the government and the Foreign Ministry to invest and work on this issue.
He told the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA /: "The last constraint chained Iraq from taking its role in the region and Arab word had been ended unanimously by the UN Security Council."
He added: "removing Iraq from this Chapter gives it the freedom to move and act in a best manner, but is there an intention to Iraq to play His role in a best way in the region, and does the government and the Foreign Ministry have a program to invest and work on this subject?".
He continued: "I have not seen any political indicators in the government's programs can be benefited from removing Iraq from this unjust Chapter, so Iraq will remain shackled by himself not by Chapter seven." / End
