Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The former Speaker, Mahmoud al-Mashhadani, expected “Some of the Local Governments to fail in improving the services as they promised their supporters.”
He stated to IraqiNews.com “Forming the Local Governments according to the majority principal will create negative reaction by the excluded sides that will hinder implementing the projects to issuing the important decisions.”
Mashhadani expressed “His concerns over the political disputes that accompanied forming the Local Governments.”
“Citizens are waiting for upgrading the services in all the provinces,” he added.
He called “All the political blocs involved the Local Governments to participate in achieving success for their performance.”
