Production of petrochemical power in Iran will rise to 72 million tons this year

Announced to help the oil minister in petrochemistry satisfactory Hahdaia affairs will be during the Iran this year, the launch of 7 projects for petrochemical Barsamil $ 9 billion, which will increase nominal capacity to produce petrochemicals to 72 million tons.
Hahdaia on Saturday at the International Forum 13 Petrochemicals, said the Iranian petrochemical industry recorded achievements in the past year, particularly reaching 62 million tons of production capacity.
She said the actual volume of production in Iran last year reached 52 million tons, noting to export 21 million tons of petrochemical products worth $ 9.4 billion last year.
International Forum of the 13th Iranian petrochemical industry is held today and tomorrow with the participation of 385 Iranian companies and 76 foreign companies in Tehran.
The forum aims for cooperation and foreign investment and internal definition of local capacity and the provision of modern technologies and facilitate access to financial facilities and to cover international warranty.
