Basra calls for transport to invest the port of Faw
Called the Basra Governorate Council, on Thursday, the Ministry of Transport to complete the project through the port of Faw investment, noting that the project is still primitive stages and can not be accomplished, despite the passage of nearly a decade.
The head of the provincial council in the morning Albzona statement received "Economy News", "the port of Faw project is still primitive stages and can not be accomplished despite the passage of nearly a decade as was done breakwater and is below the level of ambition".
He added that "regional parties seeking for not completing the project at any cost not to Iraq take advantage of it and not hurt the interests of its ports in the region, which depends on Iraq and some other neighboring countries."
He called Albzona "Transportation Ministry, which has the legal right to manage the project to the completion of the port through investment and confiding achievement tasks for foreign companies known to be able to finish the project and run it."
