    Cooperation and technical exchange of information and experiences on topics of mutual interest.

    -tkadim consulting services in order to transfer information and expertise in technical subjects, logistics, training and education.

    -arsal military personnel belonging to the Presidency of the Turkish General Staff to receive training and education courses in military training and education institutions.
