On Thursday, the Israeli army killed a Palestinian youth near the southern West Bank city of Bethlehem, allegedly for attempting to carry out a stabbing operation.
Media sources said that the army shot the young man in the town of Teqoa, east of Bethlehem, claiming that he was a knife and tried to stab a female soldier in the area.
Palestinian media reported that an Israeli military vehicle deliberately ran over the young man after being shot dead, and pointed out that the soldiers prevented the residents and ambulances from reaching the place.
