Parliamentary Finance Committee said that the new unified pension law will include the calculation of pension benefits for all state employees on the basis of the actual years of service starting from the President of the Republic and the end of the last government employees. Parliamentary Finance did not specify the criteria under which determine the nominal salaries of the three presidencies and special grades where parliamentarians and gets the three presidencies fictional high salaries.
The MP said Amin Hadi said the new law gave women the right to retire on condition that their children want to support them. He pointed out that the new unified pension law would give women the right employee retirement regardless of length of service or age if you have kids you want to support them.
