Abadi stressed, according to a statement by his office, "to discuss the budget of 2018 and achieve further reduction of the operating expenses of the three presidencies and ministries and non-linked to the Ministry of minimum levels to ensure the insurance of basic expenses, primarily salaries and wages for all workers in the state, pensions, salaries and other wages, For securing the salaries of social protection and ration card, and to maintain the requirements of security, defense and medicine.
