Washington: Pyongyang is preparing for a new missile test

US intelligence has speculated that North Korea is preparing to launch a new missile in the next few days, US media reported.
"The presence of North Koreans has been spotted on rocket launcher sites and protected sites in the past 48 hours," NBC quoted three military sources as saying.
The UN Security Council unanimously endorsed a resolution tightening sanctions against Pyongyang over its sixth nuclear test.
The new international resolution imposes restrictions on the supply of petroleum products to North Korea, with no more than 500,000 barrels from 1 October to 31 December, of all refined oil. In addition, the resolution prohibits North Korea from buying condensates and natural gas liquids, They must sell their textile products, and all countries are also prohibited from issuing work permits to their citizens.
The resolution also refers to the Security Council's readiness to "support the six-party talks" on the Korean settlement, calling for its resumption, and welcomes the efforts of states "to promote a peaceful and comprehensive solution through dialogue," without mentioning specific initiatives.
