    The House of Representatives, yesterday, a new package of punitive measures against the Kurdistan region allow prosecution of Kurdish deputies who participated in the referendum on self-determination judicially. The parliament decided to send a query to the Federal Court to state the position of the Kurdish MPs in favor of the referendum. After the Federal Court's response to the Parliament's inquiry, the Legal and Member Committee must provide the Presidency with the names to participate in the referendum. The parliament also formed committees to identify the names of Kurdish deputies participating in the referendum. The Legal Committee objected to the decision, considering that these procedures are the jurisdiction of the courts and not the work of the House of Representatives.

    The Speaker of the House of Representatives Saleem al-Jubouri and a delegation from the National Alliance, yesterday, a report read at a meeting Tuesday included the following: 
    - Each deputy from the Kurdistan Alliance attend the parliamentary sessions in support of the recent parliamentary resolutions on the referendum and believes all the contents of the Constitution and not recognized the results of the referendum. 
    - Adopting the implementation of the principles of the sermon of the religious reference on the referendum of the Kurdistan region and obliging the federal government to put the principles into effect and to confirm the request of the federal government to implement the procedures of the Council and inform him.
    - Stop all financial and banking transactions with the Kurdistan Region and oblige the Central Bank of Iraq not to sell foreign currency to banks operating in the Kurdistan region and banks with branches in the region and its customers in order to maintain the reserve of the Central Bank of foreign currency and prevent diversion. 
    - Requesting the Communications and Information Authority to collect all the financial dues incurred by Cork Telecommunications Company within ten days. Otherwise, the Communications and Information Authority will stop the spectrum of this company until the payment of its obligations. 
    - Requiring the Ministries of Defense, Interior, National Security and Intelligence to resort to the judiciary to demand reconsideration of contracts with Internet and telecommunications companies.
    - Preparation of lists of names of deputies in favor of the referendum and holders of clear positions to submit to the judiciary in order to withdraw their membership from the Council, and now considered their membership pending until the decision of the judiciary order. 
    The Legal Committee in the House of Representatives, objection to the decision of the House of Representatives, considering that "these actions are not within the jurisdiction of the House of Representatives." 
    The member of the Committee Salim Shawqi said in a statement to (the extent), that the House of Representatives will send an inquiry to the Federal Court to decide the issue of Kurdish MPs, "noting that" preventing the Kurdish deputies from participating in meetings of the House of Representatives is not correct.

    In turn, confirmed the deputy head of the bloc of the Iraqi Forces in Parliament, Noura al-Bajari, to (the extent), that "the House of Representatives will send an inquiry to the Federal Court to question the legality of the presence of Kurdish deputies in the sessions of the House of Representatives who voted yes to the referendum."
