Revealed the leadership of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan Mullah Bakhtiar, "secret and announced meetings took place over the past week between Baghdad and the federal government and the Kurdistan government in Baghdad in preparation for resolving the differences and outstanding issues between the two sides."
"During the past week, there have been various secret and public meetings that have raised hopeful signs," Bakhtiar was quoted by the Okaz daily as saying.
Bakhtiar said that what I know about those meetings is that Baghdad is well prepared for dialogue, and in contrast the Kurdistan government is working to create the atmosphere in this area.
He explained that the parliamentary delegation of Kurdistan will visit Baghdad soon to break the ice of the Kurdish crisis.
